Goodpillrx Fees.

Anyone can order from Goodpillrx, without needing to join a specific program, as long as they are 18 years old, reside in the United States and have a valid prescription issued by a medical doctor in the United States. Parents or legal guardians may order prescriptions for their minor children. You must always comply with the instructions of your doctor, and the instructions on the prescription. Goodpillrx is not providing you with any medical advice nor should you take any information or conversations with Goodpillrx personnel to be medical advice.

Goodpillrx does not take insurance and is purely based on a fee for service model. You are required to pay for all prescription drugs at the time of purchase. Goodpillrx reserves the right to change prescription prices and its business model at any time.

Customers of Goodpillrx (“Customers”) the same access to low-cost prescriptions, plus select benefits – such as free USPS shipping is available through the Goodpillrx website, Goodpillrx.com (the “Site”), the Goodpillrx mobile applications (the “App”), and through various digital communications (which you may elect to receive or opt out of receiving) sent using the contact information associated with your Account. The Terms of Use applicable to your use of the Site and the App are incorporated herein by reference.

DiRx, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the price of the products, from time to time and will communicate via email any price changes to Customers in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next Customer billing cycle following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Goodpillrx Services after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by not ordering the Product(s) prior to the price change going into effect.

By being a Customer and accepting to purchase Products, you authorize DiRx to charge your Payment Method the amount of all Products purchased.

If Goodpillrx does not receive payment for Products from you, Goodpillrx may terminate your access to the Services. All fees paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise provided for in these Terms.

Restrictions on Use.

You agree not to use the Services in a way that is, in Goodpillrx sole discretion, harmful to minors in any way or violates any applicable law, regulation, obligation or other similar restrictions imposed by a government. You also agree not to violate any community requirements posted by DiRx from time to time, remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services (including any discount coupons or other content sent to you), cause or launch any programs or scripts for the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying, or otherwise data mining any portion of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of the Services or its related systems or networks (or to other computer systems or networks connected to or used together with the Services), whether through password mining or any other means. You shall promptly notify Goodpillrx if you learn of any security breach related to the Services.

You agree that any prescriptions or pharmaceutical products that you acquire or obtain through the Services will be solely for your (or your family member’s or dependent’s) as applicable to whom the prescription is written for and for their personal use. Goodpillrx may cancel, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site and the Services at any time and for any reason, including any violation of these Terms.
