ProAir – Albuterol HFA Inhaler – 90 mcg/8.5gm

Brand ProAir HFA Inhaler contains the active ingredient albuterol. Albuterol is a bronchodilator that works by relaxing and opening air passages to the lungs. It is indicated for adults and children 4 years of age and older. Inhalers are aerosols that delivers small amounts of mediation directly to the lungs. Albuterol inhaler prevents and treats difficulty breathing, wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, and chest tightness caused by lung diseases such as asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). For regular treatment for lung disease or to prevent symptoms, the inhaler is usually used every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Before exercise, general rules are to use your ProAir inhaler 15-30 minutes prior to activity. One inhaler delivers 200 metered doses.
