You absolutely can! Our pharmacy is located in North Palm Beach, FL and our client care and the pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. Please do not include any personal health information or any other sensitive information in your email.
As s pharmacy, we offer all medications. If you don’t see it, we still carry it. Reach out to our customer service

About Ordering With My GoodPill Rx Account Online
Because GoodPill Rx is the eCommerce retail store , a licensed pharmacy, we need to have a record of your contact information and medication history in order to dispense prescription products to you.
Simple! Just scroll to the bottom of any page and click on “Returning or New Customer” under “Quick Links” in the right-hand column or go to the top of any page and click Sign In. Use the “Forgot Password?” link if you need a reminder sent to your email address. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to change your email address, password, shipping information, and other profile details.
Purchase the product you want, ordering much like you would any other product online. If you’ve never ordered with us before, you’ll be prompted to create a secure account and patient profile before you complete your order. Next, follow our simple 3-step process if you already have a physician’s prescription.
- Step 1. Just upload a photo of your prescription after checkout. You can also text us a picture of your prescription or prescription label to 866-346-8008. We will call your doctor to confirm the prescription or your physician can “escript”(send electronically) it to our pharmacy at 1201 US Hwy 1, Suite 305C, North Palm Beach, FL 33408
866-346-8008. Only choose “I have a prescription” if your doctor can validate and has prescribed this specific drug. - Step 2. You will receive a receipt for your purchase at the email address you used for your account. For future orders of the same product, you may log into your account and select the option to refill your prescription. Instruction can be found on this page: Refills.
- Step 3. Once you have PURCHASED your order, CREATED your patient medication profile, and we have received your prescription through any of the ways listed above, our pharmacists will review your completed profile and prescription, and your order will be shipped within 1-3 days of approval. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is complete.
We take your privacy very seriously and are careful to ensure that all our processes are HIPAA- and HITECH-compliant.
In order to get the information we need to complete your order, GoodPill Rx will transmit a link to a secure medical intake form that you will be required to complete. Our form uses SSL encryption and is accessed via HTTPS 100% of the time for all users. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard for ensuring data is encrypted when being sent to a web server from a browser. In addition, our highly available, cloud-based, and secure medical intake form hosting environment uses Microsoft Azure and is both BAA (HIPAA) and PCI (DSS) level 1 compliant.
About Shipping, Returns, and Order Status
We cannot accept returns or cancellations on any prescription products. If your order is damaged in the shipping process, keep all packing and shipping materials so that you can file a claim with the shipping provider.
If you sign up for a treatment subscription program and cancel within 90 days, you will still be charged for the first 3 months to cover test costs, physician consultation and treatment.
Under most circumstances, we are able to accept returns and cancellations for non-prescription products. Returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging, and must be mailed back with any paperwork that was included in the package we shipped to you. We ship via Federal Express. Orders typically arrive 3-5 days from the time the order is fulfilled. Please call Customer Care at 866-346-8008 for special shipping requests.
Once your prescription is approved, your order will be fulfilled and shipped. Under most circumstances, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
